Key responsibilities Manage daily operations of the Revenue Cycle Services team, delegating tasks and evaluating work quality Administer personnel actions including hiring, training, and performance appraisals in accordance with company policies Develop team capabilities and improve processes to meet objectives and enhance customer satisfaction Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Accounting, Math, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management with prior personnel and budget management experience Substantial knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle, including billing, coding, and reimbursement models Complete understanding of laws and regulations affecting the healthcare revenue cycle Recognized subject matter expertise in medical billing, claims, and denials
