Lateral Link is assisting a repeat client and elite boutique firm with a new unposted search for an Emerging Companies, Venture Capital and M&A Associate Attorney (combined skill set).
\n \nThe ideal candidate will be class of 2021+ and advise founders, growth-stage companies and the funds that back them on equity financings, acquisitions and the corporate work that surrounds them.
\nThe role also covers general corporate and commercial matters, from entity formation and governance through the contracts a company signs as it scales.
\n \nThe candidate should have experience in the emerging companies arena.
\n*This is also an opportunity for remote work!
\nTop credentials and BigLaw experience is ideal.
\nNew York bar required.
\n \nThe ideal candidate will have prior experience:

\n \nCompensation can exceed Cravath scale. Total bonuses may match or exceed base comp.
