This role requires excellent time management, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential matters with care. Responsibilities Driving & Transportation: Safely drive employer and/or family members to hospitals, meetings, appointments, events, and errands; plan routes in advance and adjust for traffic or schedule changes; maintain vehicle cleanliness, servicing, fueling, and inspection schedules; run errands as needed (shopping, pickups, deliveries). Personal & Administrative Support: Manage calendars, appointments, and reminders; assist with personal errands and household-related tasks; coordinate with vendors, service providers, and staff as needed; handle documents, packages, and basic record-keeping; provide ad-hoc support as requests arise. General Support: Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times; be flexible with working hours, including occasional evenings or weekends; anticipate needs and proactively solve small issues before they escalate.
