Open Frontiers Academy is seeking organized and dependable Administrative Assistants to support the organization's growing operations. Responsibilities may include managing correspondence, scheduling interviews and meetings, maintaining electronic records, preparing documents, tracking follow-ups, assisting with volunteer recruitment, supporting grant and program administration, and providing general administrative assistance to organizational leadership. Candidates should have strong written communication, organizational, computer, and time-management skills. Prior administrative or nonprofit experience is helpful but not required. This is a remote volunteer position with flexible scheduling.
